You will design and execute in-vitro and ex-vivo studies, connect mechanisms to cosmetic outcomes, and support global teams across R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and Product Development to translate science into practical applications.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field.
• Foundation in skin biology and cosmetic/dermatological science.
• Experience with in-vitro and ex-vivo studies.
• Ability to connect biology to product-relevant outcomes and prepare dossiers.
