You will lead scientific strategies, drive R&D projects in the skin actives and vitamins portfolio, and translate mechanistic biology into credible product claims.
The role requires a PhD and a track record in dermatology-related science. Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory and Commercial teams, oversee in vitro, ex vivo, and clinical studies, and present
Formación
- PhD in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Deep expertise in skin biology and cosmetic/dermatological mechanisms.
- Proven track record in leading scientific projects that differentiate products.
- Experience designing and managing in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo studies.
- Strong communication and ability to translate science for stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Lead design and execution of scientific strategies to strengthen skin actives portfolio.
- Drive R&D projects within Applied Sciences Biology group.
- Generate data packages to substantiate product claims.
- Design and oversee studies, including clinical collaborations.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to position products.
