You will partner with Operations and Value Chain, drive standardization, data analytics, and continuous improvement, and represent Schaffhausen in global forums while upholding GMP, EH&S, and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, MSAT, or related roles.
• Experience with DS–DP, tech transfer, validation, and reliability improvements.

• Lead Schaffhausen MSAT team with clear priorities and resources.
• Translate global strategies into local objectives and governance.
• Oversee DS–DP lifecycle management, validation, and investigations.
• Improve process capability, yield, cost, and supply resilience.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory readiness.
