Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process development, technical operations, or MSAT.
• Strong knowledge of Synthetics Drug Substance and solid oral Drug Product processes.
• Experience in technology transfer, lifecycle management, validation, and continued process verification.
• Solid GMP, regulatory, quality systems, process safety, EH&S understanding.
• Proven people leadership in a global matrix organization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Schaffhausen MSAT team; set priorities and allocate resources.
• Translate global MSAT strategies into local objectives and governance.
• Own technical support for the commercial portfolio; monitor processes and drive improvements.
• Lead product introductions, scale-up, transfers, and major changes with proper documentation and validation.
• Collaborate with Operations and Value Chain to improve capability, yield, and supply resilience.
• Support inspections and audits; present MSAT topics as needed.
• Drive innovation using data analytics, lean practices, and digital tools.
