Givaudan is seeking a Site Operations Controller Ingredients in Vernier to partner with the local operations manager and integrate financial performance into site operations. Based in Vernier, you will join the Site Operations Management Team and report to the Regional Operations Controller for EMEA.

You will lead cost accounting, budgeting, and investment processes, deliver insightful KPI analyses, and ensure robust internal controls while collaborating with cross-functional partners across

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP FICO.

• Provide Operations Management with interpretive and predictive operational and financial information for decision making.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting site performance and propose mitigations.
• Drive investment process, validate business cases and monitor approvals.
• Manage annual budget process, product costing interfaces with Pricing.
• Support cost center reviews, forecasts, and long-term planning.
