The role focuses on site expansions, relocations, and continuous improvements, partnering with senior stakeholders and shaping investment cases.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years experience in operations, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in industrial manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic site development projects across manufacturing and logistics.
• Manage complex cross-functional projects involving operations, logistics, engineering and infrastructure.
• Drive projects end-to-end, from strategic concept through hands-on execution.
• Lead high-priority operational improvement and site-related initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support investment decisions through scenario evaluations, business cases and strategic assessments.
• Lead unplanned or high-impact special projects requiring senior project management expertise.
• Act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders and ensure close collaboration across production, logistics, engineering, supply chain, and site management.
