Job summary

Atlas Copco, a Swedish industrial company, is hiring a Service Technician in Eastern Switzerland to perform maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of compressors. You will travel to customer sites from home and join a skilled service team.

The ideal candidate holds a technical vocational qualification with driving license B, strong German (C1/C2), and comfort using digital service tools and MS Office. On-call duty and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Vocational technical qualification as listed.
Category B driving license for service vehicle.
Experience in a repair environment and customer service is preferred.
Electrical knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Performing maintenance and servicing work on industrial compressors and related equipment.
Carrying out repairs, overhauls, and refurbishments.
Commissioning new machines.
Participating in the on-call service organization (scheduled standby duty).
Identifying additional customer needs and advising on suitable service solutions, consumables, and requirements for new equipment.
Documenting customer observations and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate departments.
