Job summary

Endress+Hauser Group Services in Reinach, Switzerland seeks an SEO/GEO Manager to shape how customers and AI systems discover Endress+Hauser. You will own the global SEO and GEO strategy, govern discoverability foundations, and collaborate with Digital Product Development, IT, Content Marketing, analytics teams, markets and external partners.

The role requires a degree in IT/CS/Data Analytics or related field and several years of technical SEO experience.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the global SEO and GEO strategy, roadmap, governance and performance framework across search engines and AI-driven discovery channels.
Build and govern foundations for discoverability: structured data, entity frameworks, taxonomies, semantic relationships and knowledge graphs.
Define standards for technical discoverability: crawlability, indexation, information architecture, metadata, internal linking and retrieval optimization.
Establish scalable approaches for managing entities and domain knowledge to improve discoverability, authority and AI retrieval performance.
Define and monitor performance frameworks covering organic visibility, AI citations, discoverability metrics and business outcomes.
Conduct research on keywords, topics, competitors and entities and translate findings into actionable requirements for product, development, content and communications teams.
