SMG Swiss Marketplace Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior SEO Manager to drive organic growth across multiple marketplaces and platforms. You will shape product features, scalable landing page systems and platform capabilities to deliver long-term growth.

You will bridge Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data, turning user demand into scalable growth. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making and a hands-on approach to technical SEO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience on large websites (marketplaces, classifieds, real estate or platforms).
• Experience working with Product teams and agile environments.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.
• Ability to plan initiatives and support them with business impact estimates.
• Hands-on knowledge of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, rendering).
• Growth mindset and curiosity for experimentation.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth & Strategy initiatives and translate search demand into product initiatives.
• Plan initiatives based on hypotheses, impact estimation and ROI potential.
• Identify scalable growth levers (indexation, internal linking, landing page generation, content systems).
• Collaborate with Product Managers to integrate SEO into product development.
• Build frameworks enabling growth beyond manual optimizations.
• Monitor performance and iterate based on data.
