Job summary

Endress+Hauser Group Services in Reinach, Switzerland, is seeking an SEO/GEO Manager to shape how customers and AI systems discover Endress+Hauser. You will build and advance foundations for discoverability—structured data, entities, taxonomies and semantic relationships—across traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms.

Collaborating with Digital Product Development, IT and Content Marketing, you’ll define standards, governance and measurable outcomes for global visibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/Data Analytics/Digital Marketing or related field.
• Several years of experience in technical SEO, GEO or semantic search.
• Expertise in structured data, entity optimization, taxonomy design and authority-building.
• Experience designing structured data and entity-driven optimization.
• Proficient with GSC, GA, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sistrix.
• Fluency in English; German or another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global SEO and GEO strategy, governance and performance framework.
• Build foundations for discoverability: structured data, entity frameworks, taxonomies.
• Define standards for technical discoverability across digital platforms.
• Establish scalable approaches for entities and domain knowledge.
• Define and monitor performance frameworks: visibility, citations, metrics.
• Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, prompt and entity research; translate findings into requirements.
