Job summary

Standard Chartered PLC seeks a seasoned Wealth Solutions and Product Governance lead in Switzerland to steer strategic growth for the Swiss Booking Centre and oversee governance for new product launches.

You will work with the Switzerland CEO, Regional Head of Advisory and MI, and Relationship Managers to deliver compliant product solutions for Private Banking clients, spanning mutual funds, ETFs, and discretionary portfolios.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in wealth solutions and product management.
• Strong knowledge of wealth products, product governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent/business English; French and/or German optional.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and governance, including launches and approvals.
• Maintain country addendums and governance structures for Swiss products.
• Collaborate with Switzerland CEO, Regional Head of Advisory and MI, and RMs to drive Wealth Solutions strategy.
