Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Switzerland seeks a driven project professional to join the COO Team of Private Wealth Management, focusing on regulatory change, strategic initiatives and process improvements. You will help design and implement initiatives that advance the PWM business while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

You will collect and analyze data, present findings to senior stakeholders, and collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering to shape growth strategy and ensure

Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably including regulatory change, consulting, and/or experience in a wealth management client facing role
• English language is required; any additional regional language (German, French or Italian) would be considered beneficial
• Have a strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills, data analysis skills, and able to provide creative & innovative solutions
• Proven experience in building and managing senior stakeholder relationships, and influencing them to focus on the key problems and outcomes
• Drive to execute, ability to collaborate and learn from others in the team and deliver high quality deliverables

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the design, scoping and implementation of key projects and initiatives to meet regulatory obligations and make strategic enhancements to the PWM business
• Collecting, analysing and presenting data to support the COO and key stakeholders in project decision-making
• Working closely with and communicating effectively with key stakeholders to help develop and implement PWMs growth strategy and change within the business
• Representing the PWM business in project working groups
• Identifying operational risks to the business within projects
• Developing the PWM platform to align with PWMs growth strategy
• The employee will have a strong stakeholder relationship with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Engineering and other functional teams, who they work with closely with on the above processes.
