Zusammenfassung

Luxoft in Switzerland is seeking an experienced UX/Product Designer to own end-to-end user experiences for a global dental health cloud platform. You will work with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and clinicians to shape complex business-to-business workflows.

The role requires a strong portfolio, fluency in English, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines; occasional office visits twice weekly are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years as UX/product designer or interaction designer with ownership of complex product areas.
• Strong portfolio of UX design projects demonstrating process and outcomes.
• Experience designing complex, workflow-driven B2B applications with clinical/technical domains.
• Experience collaborating with global multi-disciplinary teams across design, product, and engineering.
• Proficient in UCD methods: prototyping, user journeys, personas, etc.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Business English fluency is required.
• Proficiency with design tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Figma, Sketch.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models / Generative AI assistants.
• Willingness to visit the office twice per week.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End UX Ownership: lead problem definition, requirements clarity, design, handover, and follow-up.
• UX Scoping: define and align UX requirements with stakeholders.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: create wireframes and interactive prototypes with specs.
• Design Implementation & Quality: ensure design concepts translate to reusable components and QA.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with product managers, designers, developers, and clinicians.
• Continuous Improvement: stay updated on trends to enhance user experience.
