Ärztekasse develops software for doctors and healthcare professionals to support our core business. As UX Designer you will shape the future look and feel of our products for doctor offices, patient billing and eHealth services.

You will join an experienced, focused team in Zurich area (Urdorf) and drive a modern, timeless UI with a strong emphasis on usability and efficiency. The role requires deep visual and interaction design skills, fluent English and German, and collaboration in an agile

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of professional experience in designing and implementing web apps.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience in mobile design is an advantage.
• Excellent cross-team communication in a dynamic Scrum environment.
• Proficient with modern design tools such as Figma and web technologies.

Aufgaben

• Design user-friendly, mobile-compatible web applications and hybrid apps.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop UI layouts and maintain the design system across projects.
• Create visuals for multiple devices and conduct usability studies.
• Collaborate in an agile Scrum team with product owners and developers.
