Zusammenfassung

Board is seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our dynamic UX team. Reporting to the Head of UX Design, you will influence product direction and drive innovation through user-centered design for our enterprise software.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with Product Managers, Owners, Developers and fellow designers to define clear, effective experiences, and to iterate designs with wireframes, prototypes and design specs that translate user needs into business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with enterprise software is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers and other designers.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand goals and design requirements.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into clear design solutions.
• Rapidly create and iterate designs using diagrams, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Apply design solutions within the Board platform using its design capabilities.
• Leverage the pattern library and work with UI infrastructure to extend it.
• Communicate design rationale and processes effectively.
• Contribute to evolving design standards across Board solutions.
• Apply usability heuristics and evaluate new features for improvements.
