Job summary

Luxoft is partnering with a leading dental health products manufacturer to build a new cloud platform. The role focuses on owning UX for a high-load clinical application, collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical experts to define and refine complex workflows.

The successful candidate will contribute to a global design effort, deliver detailed Figma specifications, and advance UX practices by applying prototyping, user journeys, and personas in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Design, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years as UX/product designer or interaction designer, owning complex product areas.
Strong portfolio showing UX process and final outcomes.
Experience designing complex, workflow-driven B2B apps, ideally in clinical/medical/CAD domains.
Experience with global multi-disciplinary teams across design, product, and engineering.
Proficiency in UCD methods: prototyping, user journeys, personas, etc.
Business English fluency is a must.
Familiarity with LLMs or Generative AI assistants.
Willingness to visit the office twice per week.

Responsibilities

End-to-End UX ownership: drive topics from problem definition to design handover and QA follow-up.
UX Scoping: collaborate to scope UX requirements with stakeholders.
Wireframing and Prototyping: create research-informed wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Design Implementation & Quality: provide Figma specs, review implementation, ensure UX consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with PMs, design system, engineers, and clinical experts.
Continuous Improvement: stay updated with industry trends and dental tech advancements.
