Virtusan AG in Switzerland seeks an experienced product/UX designer to shape how users interact with our longevity platform. You will own the end-to-end design, conceive concepts, run studies, and collaborate with engineering to ship a mobile-first app.

You’ll design flows that guide behavior change, maintain a design system, and translate biometric data into clear daily guidance. A strong portfolio, 6–7 years of UX experience, and proficiency with Figma are required; German fluency is a plus.

Qualificações

• 6 to 7 years of experience as a product or UX designer with end-to-end ownership.
• Proven ability to originate product concepts, not just refine existing ones.
• Deep mobile app design experience with iOS patterns, constraints and small-screen use.
• Strong user research skills: plan, run, synthesize, and act on findings.
• Expert-level Figma skills and an efficient design process; experience with AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Originate new product concepts from scratch and design complete user journeys.
• Plan and run user research: interviews, usability tests, diary studies, and in-app feedback loops.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship what you design.
• Define success metrics and track them; test assumptions before and after launch.
• Maintain our design library and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring consistency across components.
