Job summary

You report to the Head of UX and collaborate with product, IT, content, SEO, analytics and local markets to deliver accessible, engaging interfaces. The role is based in Reinach with opportunities for flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of UX/UI, interaction or product design in complex digital environments.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking and outcomes.
• Proficient in Figma, prototyping, and design systems; experience with AI in design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the global digital experience on endress.com with local teams.
• Translate complex needs into clear journeys, IA and interaction concepts.
• Create wireframes and prototypes; explain design rationale clearly.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research and testing.
• Collaborate with product, IT, content, SEO, analytics and local-market teams.
• Apply design-system components in Figma and Frontify; contribute patterns.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows and evaluate new tools critically.
• Identify AI-enhanced experiences and help set human-AI interaction standards.
