Job summary

Capital Trustees is a Regulated Trustee Company licensed by Finma, seeking an experienced professional in trust and wealth planning for HNWI clients. The role emphasizes expanding visibility in Emerging Eurasia and building relationships with lawyers, bankers, and tax advisors across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates hold an LL.M. degree, fluency in English, Italian and Russian, and familiarity with private investments, real estate, and Sharia wealth planning principles.

Qualifications

• Business experience of around five years in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI.
• Working experience in a Trust company or Law firm specialized in private clients and/or Single/Multi-family offices.
• Familiar with HNWI wealth planning, in particular with arts and collectibles, real estate and shipping.
• Familiar with legal aspects of private investments, real estate transactions and corporate holdings, including drafting contracts and due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Holding an LL.M. degree, in line with working requirements.
• Familiar with Sharia Law and its application in wealth planning.
• TEP qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase across Emerging Eurasia the Company’s market visibility and recognition of its international trust business within the global wealth management community.
• Develop professional relationships with third parties (lawyers, bankers, chartered accountants, tax advisors) active in financial markets such as Kazakistan, Turkey, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
• Support the team in managing wealth planning of existing clients in the Middle-East and Asia.
