Job summary

Capital Trustees AG is seeking a Brasil-qualified lawyer to lead growth of its international trust business in LATAM, with emphasis on Brasil. The role involves strengthening relationships with lawyers, bankers and tax advisors and supporting wealth planning for high-net-worth clients in Brasil and LATAM.

The candidate should bring at least three years of trust and wealth planning experience, a strong private-client background, and fluency in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Qualified Brasil-licensed lawyer with bar eligibility
• 3+ years in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI
• Experience in private client law firms or trust companies
• Fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish; additional language a plus

Responsibilities

• Increase the company’s market visibility in LATAM with focus on Brasil
• Develop professional relationships with lawyers, bankers, tax advisors and other third parties in LATAM markets
• Support wealth planning for existing Brasil and LATAM clients
