SonarSource in Geneva, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Information Security professional to join our fast-growing team. You will work with the CISO and cross‑functional teams to shape how we communicate security, privacy, and compliance to customers.

You will review contracts, strengthen the Trust Center, and help advance our AI‑enabled governance tooling, all while maintaining a top-tier security posture and clear, actionable guidance for enterprise customers.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in information security governance and risk management.
• Ability to translate security concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience reviewing MSAs/DPAs and negotiating security terms.

Aufgaben

• Answer security questions from customers and internal users; maintain Trust Center content.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, GTM and InfoSec teams to simplify complex security details for customers.
• Review customer contracts and security clauses; provide redlines in collaboration with Legal and Sales.
• Manage and improve Trust Systems; drive enhancements to governance tooling and workflows.
• Develop and refine AI prompts and automated workflows to keep security information accurate.
• Present security posture, risks, and mitigations to senior leaders, including the CISO.
• Bridge Legal, Sales, Engineering, and InfoSec to align security language with business needs.
