Best Vision Group in Lugano, Switzerland, seeks a strategic Chief Information Security Officer to lead our information security program across the organization. You will develop policies, manage risk, and ensure controls protect assets while aligning with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

You will report to Executive Management, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and drive security initiatives in an international team. Start date immediate; salary negotiations follow.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in cybersecurity or computer engineering required.
• Technically savvy with information security knowledge.
• Experience in leadership roles in information security.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Critical thinking, audit mindset, confidentiality and proactive approach.
• Knowledge of data protection and security regulations such as ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR.
• CISSP or equivalent (CISM, CISA, CRISC) certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with international security standards.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement an information security program compliant with laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and create management plans.
• Ensure security controls protect information assets across networks, systems, apps, and data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to apply security principles and project methods.
• Provide regular reports to Executive Management on the group-wide security program.
