Aufgaben

• Customer Interaction & Trust Center Enhancement: manage questions and improve the Trust Center.
• Engineering & Security Collaboration: translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Contract Review & Technical Feedback: review MSAs/DPAs and advise on security clauses.
• Trust System Management: maintain accurate trust systems and drive tooling improvements.
• AI Prompt Engineering: develop prompts/workflows to keep security info current.
