Avaloq is seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our international team in Switzerland. You will lead test campaigns, coordinate SIT/UAT activities, and ensure high-quality delivery in a hybrid work environment.

You bring hands-on test leadership in agile settings, strong communication with clients and internal teams, and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset. Fluency in English and banking domain experience are essential for success at Avaloq.

Qualifications

• Experience with test management in agile development.
• Strong structuring, negotiation and problem-solving and technical skills.
• Experience with banking, Avaloq technologies.
• High level of empathy when working directly with clients and internal teams.
• Hands‑on mentality, healthy pragmatism and customer orientation.
• Very good communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Managing the customer's test campaigns (responsibility for the SIT, contact person for the customer in the UAT)
• Test execution for SIT, issue resolution supporting other Testers
• Provision of test reporting for the customer and management
• Monitoring of defect deliveries and coordination of the developer teams
• Continuous improvement of the status quo and design of a complete and sustainable test approach
• Planning automation test requirements
