Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or similar.
• 3–5 years of work experience in banking/financial services testing.
• In-depth knowledge of test concepts and methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with client focus.
• Team player with strong stress management and knowledge sharing.
• Working knowledge of QC/ALM, JIRA, MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Avaloq banking system solution is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases and scripts for complex software applications.
• Proactively propose and adopt best testing practices and methodologies, including AI-based approaches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Analyse test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct performance testing and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Adhere to SDLC concepts and contribute to test management improvements.
