Job summary

Avaloq in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our international team. You will lead test campaigns, oversee SIT, and serve as the primary contact for customers in UAT, shaping a proactive quality assurance approach across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with test management in agile development.
• Strong structuring, negotiation and problem-solving and technical skills.
• Experience with banking, Avaloq technologies.
• High level of empathy when working directly with clients and internal teams.
• Hands-on mentality, healthy pragmatism and customer orientation.
• Very good communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Managing the customer's test campaigns (responsibility for the SIT, contact person for the customer in the UAT).
• Test execution for SIT, issue resolution supporting other Testers.
• Provision of test reporting for the customer and management.
• Monitoring of defect deliveries and coordination of the developer teams.
• Continuous improvement of the status quo and design of a complete and sustainable test approach.
• Planning automation test requirements.
