Job summary

Avaloq is seeking an experienced Test Manager to join its international team in Switzerland. The role focuses on quality assurance, proactive contribution to the change process, and close collaboration with clients and internal teams.

You will drive test campaigns, coordinate SIT/UAT activities, and shape a sustainable testing strategy. Ideal candidates have robust testing leadership, strong English communication, and hands-on, pragmatic, client-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with test management in agile development.
• Strong structuring, negotiation and problem-solving and technical skills.
• Experience with banking, Avaloq technologies.
• High level of empathy when working directly with clients and internal teams.
• Hands-on mentality, healthy pragmatism and customer orientation.
• Very good communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Managing the customer's test campaigns (SIT, contact person for the customer in the UAT).
• Test execution for SIT, issue resolution supporting other Testers.
• Provision of test reporting for the customer and management.
• Monitoring of defect deliveries and coordination of the developer teams.
• Continuous improvement of the status quo and design of a complete and sustainable test approach.
• Planning automation test requirements.
