Job summary

Avaloq is seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our international team in Switzerland. The role emphasizes quality assurance, proactive contribution to change processes, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with test management in agile development.
• Strong structuring, negotiation and problem-solving and technical skills.
• Experience with banking, Avaloq technologies.
• High level of empathy when working directly with clients and internal teams.
• Hands-on mentality, healthy pragmatism and customer orientation.
• Very good communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Managing the customer's test campaigns (SIT) and be the contact person for the customer in UAT.
• Test execution for SIT and issue resolution supporting other testers.
• Provision of test reporting for the customer and management.
• Monitoring of defect deliveries and coordination of the developer teams.
• Continuous improvement of the test approach and design of a complete, sustainable strategy.
• Planning automation test requirements.
