Rivia Zürich seeks a Senior Talent & People Partner to be the first member of the People function, owning Talent Acquisition end to end while shaping employee experience, development, culture, and operations.

Working directly with the Head of People, you will build processes from scratch, advise leaders, and craft pragmatic, scalable people solutions that accelerate growth and align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-growing environment.
• Ability to advise hiring managers on strategy and market realities.
• Experience partnering with leaders to shape people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across teams, from role definition to closing.
• Help implement onboarding, employee experience, and development initiatives.
• Build scalable People processes, policies, and HR operations from the ground up.
• Provide business-aware advice to managers on people decisions.
