Qualifikationen

• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related area.
• 9+ years in clinical or statistical programming with SAS.
• CDISC standards knowledge (CDASH/SDTM/ADaM).
• Ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams and meet goals.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and development of SAS programs for clinical trials and CDISC data.
• Oversee CRO or in-house programming of datasets, outputs, and DDT files.
• Mentor programmers and provide feedback to managers.
• Ensure compliance with programming processes and adopt automation/AI where appropriate.
