Zusammenfassung

CSL Plasma Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Statistical Programming to lead and oversee development and maintenance of the statistical programming capabilities for regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with the Director to ensure timely completion of tasks and alignment with CSL standards across CROs and internal teams. Responsibilities include designing complex CDISC-compliant analyses, mentoring programmers, and driving automation in programming processes.

Qualifikationen

• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related area with relevant experience.
• Other degrees and certifications considered if commensurate with related programming experience.
• At least 9 years of experience in clinical and/or statistical programming using SAS in CRO/pharma environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee statistical programming deliverables and timelines.
• Manage CRO or in-house programming of data sets, outputs, and DDT files for trials.
• Design and implement complex specs and programs for CDISC-compliant analyses.
• Coordinate exploratory analyses and analyses for secondary publications or regulatory responses.
• Mentor programmers and provide feedback to managers.
• Ensure compliance with programming processes and strategy; drive timely delivery.
• Test and implement advanced programming methods and tools, including automation/AI.
