Zusammenfassung

Randstad Schweiz is seeking a talent-focused HR professional to identify skill gaps, assess high-potential operational professionals, and design tailored development plans. You will source and match talent for short-term to long-term roles, while networking to grow a robust candidate pool.

In this role you will manage onboarding, contracts, and offboarding for long-term assignments, and provide data-driven workforce optimization insights to clients.

Qualifikationen

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, HR administration, or a dual payroll/recruiter function.
  • Proven understanding of the HR cycle for contract, temporary, or project-based workforces.
  • Strong ability to evaluate candidate skills, identify potential, and map individuals to specialized roles.
  • Language proficiency in English and German
  • High attention to detail, especially regarding HR compliance, data management, and payroll coordination.

  • Managing and supporting the complete HR lifecycle for talents on long-term assignments or specialized contracts (including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding).
  • Preparing and delivering regular updates to clients regarding talent development initiatives and providing data-driven recommendations for workforce optimization.
  • Supporting time-tracking, compliance, and payroll data preparation for contract and project-based talents to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
