Zusammenfassung

NetApp Suisse Romande is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the trusted technical advisor across the French-speaking region. You will partner with Client Executives, build relationships, uncover business challenges, and design innovative data infrastructure solutions to modernize clients' environments.

You will own technical engagement through the sales cycle, architect solutions in complex enterprise contexts, run hands-on POCs, and present business value of NetApp's hybrid cloud and data

Qualifikationen

• Proven (4 year +) success supporting enterprise or large customers in complex sales cycles (preferred financial services sectors experience).
• Engage customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery.
• Strong knowledge of Data Storage, Data Protection/Continuity (including Cyber), Virtualization, Containers and ideally Cloud architectures.
• Strong discovery, communication, and presentation skills, able to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Collaborate with client executives, channel partners and specialists to deliver seamless outcomes and drive demand generation, enablement, and joint selling motions.
• Demonstrate ownership of issues / solutions / architectures in customer or partner environments and work with extended team to help resolve for delivering the highest customer experience.
• Strong expertise in Technical Pre-Sales, with the ability to do hands-on POCs and conduct technical workshops.
• Ability to assist in creating ROI/TCO overview and competitive advantages of solution offerings.
• Excellent written and verbal French/English communication skills, including making technology oriented commercial presentations and answering RFPs with partners or sales.
• Maintain deep knowledge of NetApp's portfolio and competitive landscape to guide customer strategy.
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to the prospective customer's sites & locations as necessary.
• Knowledge of NetApp's competitive and alliance landscape would be an added advantage

Job Summary

As a Solutions Engineer for Suisse Romande, you will be the trusted technical advisor behind NetApp's success across the French-speaking region of Switzerland. Education

Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 5 years and a Master's degree;
