Zusammenfassung

Try&Hire is looking for a senior developer to take technical ownership of a cross-platform desktop application, building on a Rust-based stack for Windows and Linux clients. You will assess technologies, translate specs into technical requirements, and lead implementation across teams.

You will mentor peers, shape architecture decisions, and contribute to scalable tooling and processes while delivering robust features in a hybrid work environment from Geneva, Switzerland.

What you bring

• Significant professional software development experience with Rust, or strong modern C++ background
• Experience developing cross-platform Windows and Linux desktop applications
• Familiarity with native or cross-platform desktop UI frameworks
• Ability to make architectural decisions and contribute to strategic technical planning
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues remotely
• Understanding of secure coding practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
