Try&Hire is looking for a senior developer to take technical ownership of a cross-platform desktop application, building on a Rust-based stack for Windows and Linux clients. You will assess technologies, translate specs into technical requirements, and lead implementation across teams.

You will mentor peers, shape architecture decisions, and contribute to scalable tooling and processes while delivering robust features in a hybrid work environment from Geneva, Switzerland.

Formación

• Experience with Rust or modern C++ in production.
• Experience developing cross-platform Windows and Linux desktop apps.
• Familiarity with desktop UI frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Assess new technologies and support cross-team decisions.
• Transform product specifications into technical requirements and lead implementation.
• Implement, deploy and maintain existing and new product features.
• Enhance software development lifecycle, tools and processes for scalability.
• Write clear, concise, and testable code to maintain codebase quality.
• Manage scoping, planning and execution of new features and technical initiatives.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and quality.
