Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a skilled software engineer to design, build, and maintain the sync SDK powering a cross-platform desktop application suite. You will work across the full application lifecycle with a focus on shared internals and cryptographic state management.

You will build and evolve the SDK for Windows, macOS and Linux, ensure robust state synchronization, and collaborate with backend teams. A strong background in .NET, multi-threaded programming, and ownership of large components is

• Proven experience with .NET development and multi-threaded programming.
• Experience owning and maintaining large software components.
• Working knowledge of file systems and Git.
• Familiarity with deployment strategies, gradual rollouts and monitoring.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study.
