Job summary

Laboratory automation in Switzerland is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, implement, and maintain software for automated lab reactor systems, bridging hardware and software. The role requires 7+ years in software development, deep C#/.NET expertise, and familiarity with embedded-system software.

You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with distributed teams across time zones, mentoring colleagues, and helping raise engineering standards while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with C# / .NET.
• Experience with hardware- or embedded-system-integrated software and communication protocols.
• Breadth across platform software, web development, and desktop Windows applications.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps including backlog, build and deployment pipelines.
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising technical standards.
• Fluent in English (oral and written); German language skills are a plus.
