Zusammenfassung

Randstad Switzerland is seeking an on-site project coordinator for a contract in Basel, CH. The role focuses on monitoring subcontractors and construction progress, maintaining schedules, and leading interface meetings between engineering, coordination, and management.

The candidate will engage with clients on technical and scheduling aspects, manage site materials and logistics, and prepare inspections and site logs. Onboarding subcontractor personnel is also part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring subcontractors and construction/installation progress on-site while ensuring strict adherence to safety guidelines.
• Ensuring deadlines and schedules are met.
• Leading interface meetings between engineering, coordination, and project management.
• Conducting client discussions regarding the construction scope (both technical and schedule-related).
• Managing and preparing site materials and logistics.
• Preparing trade-specific acceptances/inspections.
• Maintaining the daily site log (construction journal) and status reports as required.
• Onboarding and inducting subcontractor personnel.

Technical Requirements:

• Quality assessment of the executed works and delivered materials.
• Ensuring the prompt rectification of any identified defects.
