Vontobel is seeking a Senior Microsoft SharePoint Engineer/Developer to own the technical implementation of intranet and collaboration use cases across SharePoint and Confluence, from requirements to production operations. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or a completed software engineering apprenticeship
• 5+ years as senior SharePoint Engineer/Developer with enterprise intranets experience
• Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint development and administration in regulated environments
• Strong web tech: TypeScript/JavaScript, modern frontend, APIs; secure backend skills
• Identity, permissions, governance, and access model design
• Migration planning and tooling experience
• Team player with stakeholder collaboration
• Fluent English; basic German (A2)

Aufgaben

• Own and deliver the technical implementation of intranet and collaboration use cases across SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence, from requirements to production operations
• Lead migration from on-prem Atlassian Data Center to SharePoint
• Design, build, maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions (sites, IA, permissions, content models, search, governance) with extensibility
• Build and evolve intranet features and integrations (navigation, publishing patterns, content rollups, automation, platform-wide components) that scale to a firm-wide audience
• Develop and maintain integrations and migration tooling between Confluence and SharePoint (content move, metadata mapping, link integrity, redirects, quality checks)
• Act as a senior hands-on engineer: lead code reviews, establish engineering standards, improve CI/CD and operational readiness, and mentor colleagues
