Vontobel in Zurich seeks a Senior Microsoft SharePoint Engineer/Developer to own and deliver intranet and collaboration use cases across SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence, shaping the bank’s digital workplace.

You will lead migration from on‑prem Atlassian Data Center content to SharePoint evolution, design modern SharePoint Online solutions, and mentor colleagues while improving CI/CD and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship in software/IT with strong SharePoint background.
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience as Senior SharePoint Engineer/Developer in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to deliver intranet/platform projects end‑to‑end.
• Experience with migrations between platforms and content mappings.

Aufgaben

• Own and deliver technical implementation of intranet and collaboration use cases across SharePoint and Confluence.
• Lead migration from on‑prem Atlassian Data Center intranet content to SharePoint platform evolution.
• Design, build, and maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions with a focus on extensibility.
• Develop and maintain integrations and tooling between Confluence and SharePoint to support migration and governance.
• Mentor colleagues, improve CI/CD and operational readiness, and establish engineering standards.
