Qim info SA in Switzerland is seeking an experienced SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant to provide support, maintenance and continuous improvement for critical collaboration platforms. You will work in an international Agile/Scrum team to ensure the availability, security and long-term sustainability of digital workplace solutions.

The role requires strong expertise and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in supporting SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online administration.
• Proficient in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL Server, Active Directory and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Graph API and Conditional Access.
• Understanding of 365 security, compliance, permissions and data governance.
• Familiar with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change) and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent English communication; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for SharePoint On‑Premises and Microsoft 365.
• Administer, maintain and enhance SharePoint On‑Premises infrastructures, including patching, upgrades and health monitoring.
• Analyse and resolve complex technical incidents related to platform performance, configuration and availability.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services at tenant level, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Forms.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are handled in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Automate administrative tasks and diagnostic activities using PowerShell.
• Contribute to security, compliance, access management and data governance topics across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Take part in SharePoint On‑Premises to SharePoint Online migration projects, including planning, execution and post‑migration support.
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, identity and network teams to address cross‑functional issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to maintaining up‑to‑date technical and operational documentation.
