Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in business development, sales/solutions engineering, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Strong domain expertise in materials science and/or structural biology.
• Strong, fast coding ability to build tooling, scripts, and demos.
• A deep drive to understand customers' science and problems better than they expect you to.
• Communication that works with everyone, from bench scientists to executives.
• Comfort using AI tools in your work.
• Excellent English, and willingness to travel internationally up to ~50%.

Aufgaben

• Own time-to-value for prospective customers: from first technical discovery through trials to onboarding.
• Lead technical discovery: map customer science, instruments, and workflows to the solution.
• Design and run trials and proofs-of-value on customers' data and problems.
• Run workshops and hands-on sessions to convert evaluators into confident users.
• Build and expand a network to originate new opportunities in sync with product growth.
• Be the credible scientific-technical voice within sales, translating between researchers, engineers, and commercial stakeholders.
• Feed field insight back into product and science to sharpen offerings.
• Travel to customer sites and labs to do the work where science happens.
• Use AI and coding to build demos, scripts, and tooling that shorten trials.
