DECTRIS AG is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own adoption, retention, and expansion for our digital-services customers. You will build a scalable CS function, craft onboarding motions, health metrics, and playbooks, and run a high-touch outbound program with scientists and department leads.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Customer Success or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong software fluency; able to read code and understand data workflows.
• Clear, credible communication across diverse audiences.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and science.
• Experience using AI tools in work.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Bonus: PhD in a scientific domain; experience supporting scientific software users.
