Job summary

Career Factory GmbH is assisting a large organisation in French-speaking Switzerland by sourcing a Senior SAP CRM Consultant on a freelance basis starting January 2027. The role focuses on SAP CRM Service with BOPF, ABAP OO and hands-on development.

It requires 7+ years in SAP CRM, strong knowledge of BOPF, Web Services, OData, SmartForms and CRM service processes, plus L2/L3 support and run experience; on-site in Lausanne three days a week initially, with remote work from Switzerland possible

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP CRM experience in integrated landscapes.
• Hands-on development with SAP BOPF and ABAP OO.
• Strong know-how of CRM Service processes and interfaces.
• Experience with SmartForms, Web Services and OData.
• Familiarity with Jira, ChaRM, Solution Manager and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing custom BOPF objects (nodes, determinations, validations, actions).
• Analyzing, designing and building SAP CRM Service processes, including Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Developing and maintaining SmartForms, Web Services and OData services, plus interfaces to SAP BusinessObjects, Microsoft Office and non-SAP systems.
• L2/L3 support, root cause analysis, monitoring and maintenance in daily operations.
• Testing, transports, go-lives and knowledge transfer to the internal team.

For our client, a large organisation in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior SAP CRM Consultant (BOPF & CRM Service) on a freelance basis from January 2027. You will develop and run a business-critical SAP CRM Service platform.

The framework: Freelance from 01/2027, 12 months, renewable to end of 2029 | Full-time | 3 days/week on site in the Lausanne area for the first 3 months | Remote only from Switzerland or the French border region | Working language: French

• Enhancing custom BOPF objects (nodes, determinations, validations, actions).
• Analysing, designing and building SAP CRM Service processes, including Fit-to-Standard workshops.
