ConexusDX Part of the Recolution Group in Bern, Switzerland, invites an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC Senior Consultant to join a major S/4HANA transformation project. You will own the Order-to-Cash workstream, shaping sales processes and ensuring SAP solutions align with business goals in a hybrid/onsite model.

You'll lead workshops, drive end-to-end OTC activities from quote to billing, and coordinate with business stakeholders, IT, and implementation partners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as SAP SD/OTC consultant.
• End-to-end sales process knowledge from quote to invoicing.
• Experience in SAP transformation or implementation projects.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA with Public Cloud Edition exposure.
• CRM integrations experience, ideally Salesforce.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and integration architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-facing skills.
• Fluent German and English (French/Italian optional).

SAP S/4HANA SD / OTC Senior Consultant - Switzerland

We are supporting a leading Swiss organisation through a major SAP S/4HANA transformation, including the move to S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and a redesign of its sales and customer processes.

They are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD / OTC Consultant to play a key role in shaping the future sales landscape, working closely with business stakeholders, IT and implementation partners.

The Role

You will take ownership of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream, helping to design and improve processes across the customer lifecycle while ensuring SAP solutions align with wider business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Lead analysis and optimisation across sales, pricing, quotations, orders and billing.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Act as a key point of contact between business teams, IT and external partners.
• Support integration between SAP, Salesforce and other surrounding applications.
• Contribute to integration design using SAP BTP.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience as an SAP SD / OTC Consultant.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes from quotation through to invoicing.
• Experience delivering SAP transformation or implementation projects.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience; Public Cloud Edition exposure is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM integrations, ideally Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and integration architecture is beneficial.
• Strong business-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent German and English are essential. French or Italian would be advantageous.
