Aledus GmbH in Zürich is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead innovative client projects and shape Salesforce solutions. You will drive pre-sales support, workshops, and end-to-end delivery while leveraging AI and data capabilities to improve business processes.

Qualifikationen

What you’ll do

Spearhead innovation

• Look beyond stated requirements for better ways to solve client problems, whether through Salesforce, AI or a smarter process
• Identify opportunities for Agentforce, Data 360 and other new capabilities, and turn them into use cases, prototypes, POCs and pilots
• Bring what works into production, including Agentforce at enterprise scale
• Support pre‑sales with discovery, solution outlines, estimates, demos and proposals, and spot new opportunities with existing clients
• Help us innovate in how we work: bring AI into our own delivery and pre‑sales, and shape new offerings and methods

Consult, deliver and lead the change

• Act as a trusted Salesforce advisor to client stakeholders, from the first needs analysis to a well‑founded solution concept
• Lead workshops, alignment sessions and stakeholder discussions
• Gather and refine requirements, and find the root causes behind problems instead of treating symptoms
• Assess current setups and processes, and design simpler, better target processes
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization in Agile teams
• Lead workstreams end to end, from scope, planning and risks through SIT/UAT, go‑live and hypercare
• Drive change management and adoption, and help users and leaders build trust in AI‑supported ways of working
• Act as a multiplier: support delivery teams, mentor junior colleagues and share what you learn

What you bring

• Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst or in a similar consulting role
• Explorer mindset: you try new things before anyone asks, and you can show what came out of it
• AI fluency: you use AI tools in your daily work and know where their output needs a human check
• Agentforce and Data 360: knowledge and hands‑on experience with both (Data 360 was formerly Data Cloud)
• Business analysis: requirements engineering, process analysis and root‑cause analysis
• Consulting: strong facilitation and stakeholder management, confidence with senior stakeholders, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
• Pre‑sales: proven experience supporting Salesforce sales cycles
• Project management: you can plan, steer and report on a workstream in an Agile/Scrum setup
• Change management: you have guided users and organizations through real change
• Salesforce core: expertise in Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including standard functionality, data model, automation and best practices
• : C1 level or higher
• English: fluent
• Work permit: Swiss citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit

A strong plus

• Industry: experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or Manufacturing, ideally with Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud or Manufacturing Cloud and related certifications
• : native or C2 level
• Certifications: Agentforce, Data 360, , Service and others
• Solutioning: understanding of integrations, data models and large Salesforce programs
• Marketing Cloud: experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Marketing Cloud Next
