Hexagon Robotics, a division of Hexagon, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build and shape the mission control software for humanoid robotics. You will design core architecture, implement robust integrations and advance software quality while collaborating across robotics and product teams.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced, international environment, with hybrid work options and relocation support. Strong C++/Python production experience is required.

Qualifications

• MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics or a related field, with at least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in C++ and Python within production environments.
• Deep understanding of software design principles: architecture, interfaces, design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of our mission control software stack.
• Architect clean interfaces that abstract robotic subsystem capabilities for higher-level task coordination.
• Integrate multiple robotic subsystems into a unified execution framework.
