Hexagon Robotics is seeking a Staff Robotics Engineer to design and develop robust software on embedded Linux, closely interfacing with hardware and cross-functional teams to move humanoid robots from prototype to production.

You will guide the team in whole-body control, implement and test controllers on real robots, and develop scalable training pipelines for reinforcement and imitation learning, in a multicultural, startup-spirited R&D division.

Formación

• PhD or MSc in robotics, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years building planning and control algorithms for robotics products.
• Experience with planning, control, ML-based methods.
• Strong Python and C++ programming skills.
• Familiarity with ROS2 and Omniverse environments.

Responsabilidades

• Guide the team in applying state-of-the-art algorithms for whole-body control of humanoid robots.
• Hands-on implementation and testing of whole-body controllers on robots.
• Develop scalable training pipelines for reinforcement and imitation learning.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to bring prototype to production.
• Participate in an R&D division with startup spirit and iterative problem solving.
