Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years hands-on robotics integration, complex automation deployment, or manufacturing engineering in regulated industries.
• Experience across CAPEX project lifecycles including CQV.

Aufgaben

• Lead End-to-End robotics deployment projects from concept through qualification in GxP manufacturing and logistics.
• Drive PoC trials and pilot implementations to validate readiness and business cases.
• Translate global robotics roadmaps into site-level execution plans.
• Establish and validate global hardware, software, safety interlock, and cybersecurity standards.
• Coordinate with Pharma Technical Development, MSAT, Site Engineering, IT/OT, Quality, and Operations.
