Roche is seeking a Robotics Technology Deployment Steward to bridge central strategy with site manufacturing operations. You will identify bottlenecks, assess robotics/automation solutions, and lead cross-site PoCs and deployments at global production sites.

With 6+ years in robotics automation, you will collaborate across MSAT, Engineering, Quality, IT/OT, and Operations, driving data-informed decisions and scalable technology adoption in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of hands-on industrial robotics or automation deployment experience in regulated environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and multi-site project deployments.
• Understanding of IT/OT integration layers and data-driven decision making.

Aufgaben

• Lead PoC execution and rapid evaluation of new robotics solutions.
• Drive the technology deployment lifecycle from ideation to implementation.
• Coordinate with MSAT, Engineering, Quality, IT/OT, and Operations teams.
• Prepare site integration packages (URS, CQV/CSV) for successful handover.
